Dawn is currently president of the Victorian Chapter of the Australian Antique and Art Dealers Association and a director on the Board of the AAADA. She exhibits at several local and interstate fairs, regularly holds exhibitions in her shop, writes for several trade magazines and regularly talks on ABC radio.

Dawn lectures on a variety of subjects related to her profession. Her shop in the Melbourne heritage suburb of Eaglemont is stocked with antique furniture, 19th century glass, porcelain, silver and objets d'art.
