Janet started dealing in 1974 in Orange, NSW, selling antiques and having exhibitions of Australian paintings.

Janet specialises in ceramics, predominantly English 18th and early 19th century pottery and porcelain, textiles, samplers, miniature portraits, silhouettes and Georgian furniture.

She is on the Customs (Verification) Panel, and is a committee member of the AAADA (NSW).
